Guided Relaxation - Yoga Nidra
If you know how to free yourself of tension you know how to solve your problems in life. In our fast paced world we must cultivate a mind that can face a bombardment of intense external activity. When we breath as if we are anxious it shuts down access to our own intelligence and can compromise organ function. Breathing techniques used to store energy in a continuous circulatory form through out the system done slowly and deliberately imprints the brain that serves as the control center to the whole autonomic nervous system. Truly relaxing this system by contacting the subconscious and unconscious dimensions of your mind can release habitual tension, develop memory, increase knowledge and develop the faculty of awareness. Find your "inner guru" & tap into the mysteries of life which ensures success.
